ABOUT

My interest in bodywork began at age 14. First attracted to energy work, Swedish massage, and Foot Reflexology, I quickly developed a passion for anatomy. During my career as a university professor (Linguistics and Speech Pathology), I offered massage on a regular part-time basis to friends and family. In the last 5 years, I’ve received training in the following modalities: Craniosacral, Structural/Myofascial, Neurokinetic Therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, Karsai Nei Tsang, Thai, Stretching therapy (AIS & Ki-Hara), Foot Reflexology, Tantric Yoni massage, and Reiki. In addition, I completed a 200-hr Yoga Alignment teacher training in 2017. During a session, clients can expect a combination of these various forms of therapy to align with individual needs. Since retiring from my university position in December 2014, I’ve been living mostly in Thailand, Bali, and British Columbia, Canada. Outside of bodywork, I enjoy practicing yoga, conservation diving, hiking, and traveling. I choose to work exclusively on women because I feel they are underserved by the medical and para-medical communities.

Oh... my last name is pronounced “boad-win”.
